I returned the item since June but until now they never give my money,, it said that they recieved my item already in the address that i sent,, im so dissappointed the amout was expensive

WHAT A FLOP of a company! What on earth has happened to this once amazing customer service? It is absolutely shocking. I called customer service two days ago and held on a male voice loop telling me to hold for over 3 hours! Yesterday same thing, 1 hour and 14 and today 55 mins before I gave up and went onto chat insisting that someone call me. She had to go and ask her Manager (unbelievably) before she was allowed to make an outside call. She then sent me a refund for an item they received over a week ago now and an email telling me the said refund was a gesture of goodwill! Seriously? You could not make it up! PICK UP YOUR PHONES, you are a disgrace!

Disgusting Company
Terrible customer service. Had faulty product that causes extreme pain and skin loss. Emailed to notify and they eventually sent a link to return them via Royal Mail (although still didn’t reply to the emails I’d sent). Almost 3 weeks after returning them and they are still not replying to emails or refunding me! This is the worst customer service I’ve ever encounter. It’s contemptuous! Multiple emails have sent and every one has been ignored. Utterly disgusting.

BEWARE. Product is good but not that much better or worth the hassle. I’d avoid. They shipped me wrong product and haven’t refunded my return after 20d and zero customer service response to multiple inquiries. Feels like a scam.

I have bought numerous pairs of fit flops some great some not so great. I would like to share that Shuv, however cute they are, have an awkward fit that are off balanced. Maybe the fit is too wide. I broke my foot when I tripped in them. Buyer beware. The other pair I bought were Walkstar that I have multiple pairs and love.

Jagged sewn spot between toes, customer service is unresponsive
I've written to customer service twice with no response. I wanted to return these shoes that are sewn between the toes creating a very rough edge that cuts between the toes. I was so excited for these to arrive, but now I just feel bummed I wasted my money and no one there responds.

They do not respond to e-mails or answer the phone. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had. And I was a big fit-flop customer.
Appalling service or lack of.....
ordered on Sunday £277 of goods and paid £3.95 to have delivery 2-3 working days. They have taken my money and not honoured delivery! Have sent numerous e mails with 1 response to date saying they 'we are currently busier than normal and may mean cant stick to delivery times! If you are busy with orders tell your customers as they can have the choice whether to proceed and DO NOT charge for delivery !!Customer service is appalling, and I just want my money back. Leaves me no option than to report them to my credit card company. Would never recommend!

i received my fit flops may 28, they were to small, on June 2, I RETURNED per your instructions I did not wear the shoes. , they were received in OHIO, JUNE 6. NO CORRESPONDANCE OR RETURN OF MY MONEY. Ihave telephoned at least 30 times. JULY12, no refund, no communication. I have been buying Fit Flops for 17 years. But in stores.

not worth the money
i bought 2 pairs of gracie fitflops over the reviews and i can honestly say i do not think they are worth the money , the first time i wore them i thought they were fine but now the hot weather my feet are swollen and i cant walk in them i bought them for my holidays but i wont be bringing them , i wont be buying fitflops again , i am very disappointed with them .
